Careers Website for DODO BRANDS
A client support website with job openings for the HR department of DODO BRANDS.
Client & Task
The HR team of DODO BRANDS reached out to us to create a website for their department.
The goal was to combine information about the brand, its mission, job listings, company benefits, and unique features.

(Spoiler: we successfully completed the project and have been collaborating with them for 4 years on various tasks.)
Process
After the call, we outlined the site structure and requirements, and created a wireframe prototype with block descriptions.
After discussing and making adjustments to the prototype, we decided to design 4 pages:

  • Homepage with brand positioning
  • 2 job listing pages
  • Company history page
We received access to the brand book with detailed style guidelines, tone of voice, illustration library, and typography.
At the same time, we launched the copywriting process.

Design Result:
The design was approved with almost no revisions. We built the site on Tilda and handed it over with brief guidelines for content updates.

Later, we helped update current vacancies, add new ones, and integrated internal scripts and forms for sending applications directly to the internal HR database.

Currently, the site features 6 active vacancies and regularly generates candidates.
A year later, we scaled the website for Kazakhstan.
A few years later, the team came back to us for a redesign of the “History” page — moving from a product-style layout to a more dynamic and engaging visual style with animations and bright illustrations. We also added new milestones and detailed descriptions of the department’s growth — which we were happy to deliver.
Result
A multi-page website for the HR department with active job listings, brand positioning, and company values.
A detailed history page of the department’s evolution.
For 4 years, the site has consistently generated new candidates. Job listings are easy to update and manage.
